This architecture is design for Off-White, which is a fashion brand combines a lot of industrial street-cultural elements in to its products, and natural element into its fashion show, such as trees. Therefore, these three words become the inspiration to my building. The texture of exterior wall is glass, which is inspired by the iconic transparent suitcase made by Off-White and Rimowa, then, the black and white colour on ground floor is representing the characteristic feature of this brand. On the other hands, I made the wire stair that from the basement and great amount of random rebar throughout the whole architecture to represent the industrial. While the ‘skateboard stair’ decorated with stickers and street doodle, concrete material and the skateboard ramp reflect the street-culture of Off-White. Lastly, the ‘natural fashion show’ inspired me to create space for the architecture to plant trees and integrate into natural environment.
